Save T-Bone's leg!

We are trying to make this reach as many people as possible. My sister rescued her dog, T-Bone, from an abusive situation.  He weighed almost less than half his normal healthy weight. Now he's fighting for his life again after a driver hit him and ran, leaving him with a broken leg.  Please help us and my sister as she is working a minimum wage job and can't afford all the vet costs that are looming over her!
